Talked with the owner Jessica. She said she has a good lease on the land, and even though the property is listed for sale, she said the owner has the price so high, that it would take someone who really wanted it they'd have to pay through the nose. They have owned it for a year now. A Mrs. C had it for 27 years, the original owner had it for 10.
