I was both dumbfounded as well as disappointed at the new, a la carte menu. I predict this may doom the chain.

My guess is that 122nd? Center will be next. There is never anybody in there when I go.

I have to agree. I almost never see a crowd there. Even the Taco Bell has more traffic.Silverspoon wrote: ↑Wed Jun 13, 2018 3:41 pmMy guess is that 122nd? Center will be next. There is never anybody in there when I go.

There was never anyone in the Aksarben Village location either.
Re: Dickey's BBQ Pit (multiple metro locations)
The one in Aksarben took a long time to open, then quickly disappeared. I'm not sure that many people had chance to realize it was there and actually open.skinzfan23 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 14, 2018 1:31 pm There was never anyone in the Aksarben Village location either.

It was/is very pricey for what you get. On the BBQ scale, its rather low. A step below Famous Dave's.

Well, considering that all else being equal I need $1.10 to get something from T'Bell and 10+ to get something from Dickey's the discrepancy is easily explainablebigredmed1 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 14, 2018 1:20 pmI have to agree. Re: Dickey's BBQ Pit (multiple metro locations)
Not necessarily. For example, Culver’s is more expensive and they seem like they’re busy all the time. What stopped me from going to Dickey’s was wondering what meat they were going to be out of when I walked in. Thought you are correct, it was too expensive for what you were getting.ProgKingHughesker wrote: ↑Thu Jun 14, 2018 8:51 pmWell, considering that all else being equal I need $1.10 to get something from T'Bell and 10+ to get something from Dickey's the discrepancy is easily explainablebigredmed1 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 14, 2018 1:20 pmI have to agree. There has been movement inside this location this week for the first time since it closed, but I can't find out what is going on here.skinzfan23 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 14, 2018 1:31 pm There was never anyone in the Aksarben Village location either.
