Omelet & Viet Cuisine

Post by Coyote »

I am glad Sarah did an article on this place. I have almost gone there several times, but the name and location has thwarted every attempt.

Omelet & Viet Cuisine's unlikely mashup offers lots to like
Sarah Baker Hansen: World-Herald staff writer wrote:The location is as random as it sounds. So is the menu, a mashup of American egg omelets and Vietnamese specialties. But almost everything we tried — pho and another noodle soup, bun bo hue; egg rolls and spring rolls; a bahn mi sandwich; and even an ultimate spicy omelet served with a warm biscuit — was worth a return visit. Forget what you might think when you drive past this gas station hole-in-the-wall, it's one of the best Vietnamese joints you'll find in town.

This place closed in 2017, but a new place named QS Grill Steak (Nicaraguan) has opened in its old location at 168th & Harrison.

Oops. I used HTML instead of BBCode. Fixed now. It's called QS Grill Steak.
