Mudbug's Cajun Cuisine & Brewpub

Post by nativeomahan »

New to Olde Town in Bellevue

I think it is an odd location, but I look forward to trying them out for both their brews and their food.

So there is a Cajun themed brewery coming to town! Just a few blocks from Moonstruck. I was just there yesterday, nothing was mentioned.

I think I will have to give this place a try this summer. Good to see some more things come to Old Town Bellevue. That area could have so much potential, but it may never be fully realized.

wow, that was quick... Less than 5 months from open to close... That's just poor business planning not to have the cash available to fund operating losses for the first several months.

Yeah that was very quick, too bad they couldn't make it longer. Most businesses won't see a profit for 1-3 years, they didn't plan for that, like mentioned above.
