I believe its the building straight south of the Burlington Postal Annex (the original annex next to the tracks, not the most recent annex which was the streetcar barn).

I've been to the Burlington League, twice now. I would encourage all of you to pay it a visit. It is stunningly cool. The main floor has a chic, funky vibe, and the huge eastern windows perfectly frame the Burlington building, to the point where it almost looks like a giant piece of artwork hanging on the east wall. The lower level functions as a party room, with a separate bar and restrooms. It features the original brick and stone foundation of this historic building. Someone described it as the ultimate "man cave".
Ten beers are on tap, with many more by the bottle. The kitchen is slowly rolling out their full menu. Right now it is mostly appetizers, sandwiches and burgers. I had perhaps the very best southern fried chicken sandwich of my life here last weekend. The fries sort of remind me of Dario's. I wouldn't exactly call TBL a gastropub -- yet. But it certainly has that potential.
The owner (who also owns the entire building) is a friendly chap, who is happy to give you a tour of the place, and tell you a bit of the history of the building.
This neighborhood has reached a tipping point, and is destined for a dazzling future, in my opinion.

Wow, looks great. This whole 10th St corridor looks remarkably different from what it did 5-10 years ago.

Sorry, I haven't noticed this building because, whether going north or south, I tend to crane my neck looking at the progress of the Burlington Station across the street. (oh...there's a WEST side of the street??)

Just checked out some of their reviews on yelp....they are all pretty favorable. I may have to try this place out.

Here is a pic of the bar area downstairs from Yelp:

Sounds like Sarah Baker Hansen enjoyed the Burlington League as well:

Dining review: Burlington League on South 10 Street takes menu risks, serves up surprisingly good food

The Bar is on Google Street View interiors. If you look at Google Maps street view of the building you can walk right in the front door and look around.

Ate at TBL last night and thoroughly enjoyed the Hanging Burger. It had a 'bunch-o-stuff' on it but the thick bacon and egg and some kind of sauce made it one of the best among the tens of thousands of burgers I have probably had. Really impressed. The atmosphere and location of the place were really cool as many others have said. The patio looks like a great spot to hang during the warmer months. I look forward to returning to this one.
My son got a 27 on his ACT. No this score is not as high as what Jeff's son achieved. But one has to remember the paternal gene-pool my son has to overcome. On a PGPAB [Paternal Gene-Pool Adjusted Basis], my son's score is a 37 and Jeff's son's PGPAB ACT score is 19.
