Post by Coyote »

Ika Ramen and Izakaya, a Ramen Restaurant, will be opening in Benson soon. An offshoot of Taita and the Ramen Noodle Fest that was last year...

About time we get one. Ramen resturants are the new trend in the "hip" cities.

Our whole table had the Pork broth Ramen and added Pork Belly. It was really good. One guy in our group had been to Japan and seemed pretty impressed with its authenticity.

Thats awesome. The current ‘secret’ basement bar at the Benson location is awesome.
