Rusty Taco (Multiple Locations)

Post by jgomaha »

Another new taco place coming soon... anyone know anything about them?

oops - just found the West Grayhawk thread... this could have probably gone there... although that site map shows it as a "Rusty Taco" - but the signage is up and it's just "R Taco"

They are owned by a local franchisee, but are a subsidiary of Buffalo Wild Wings at a corporate level. When BDUBS bought them, they changed the name from Rusty Taco to R Taco.

I expect them to be open to the public sometime around March 8, give or take.

Literally next to it from what I understand about Amigos.

R Taco is more fast casual than Amigos, though.

Would you like it better if they called it the Pink Taco?

Montezuma's Revenge would be an interesting name.

There is a sign for "R Taco" on the bay next to Zios Pizza at 132 and West Center.

Should be open in the first full week of June, or the week after.

R taco is changing its name back to Rusty Taco, named after founder Rusty Fenton.
