Chef Keen Zheng is opening up Umami in the former Godfather's in Bellevue.

Has anyone done Omakase style sushi ordering here? It’s spendy, is it worth it?

Have done so a couple times, thought it was fantastic. I do not have deep experience in consuming quality sushi, however, so your mileage may vary.

Didn’t end up doing Omakase tonight. Had incredible sushi, nigiri, and sashimi. Very crowded. Excellent food.
