Yoshitomo Sushi - Benson

Mike'l Severe had David Utterback on the bottom line today. He is going to open a Sushi Restaurant in Benson in about 3 months. Didn't have many details other than he closed on the property yesterday and he said it will be good and affordable.
David Utterback also be at the Dandelion popup restaurant tomorrow in the chamber lot on 15th and Harney:

That's great news, my wife and I were just talking about how a sushi place would do great in either Benson our Dundee.

I had it as Yoshi Tomo, not as one word. And search didn't find Yoshi...
Well now we know where it is going.

A great review! I always proudly brag about Omaha’s sushi scene to people, and this review clearly shows why.
