Maven Social's newest endevour will be Monarch Prime & Bar opening in Hotel Deco XV in October. Chef Patrick Micheels has been working out a menu of in-house aged meat program featuring meats of the grasslands. This sounds like a very different style of Steak House that only Ethan Bondelid Coukd pull off here.
