If you are not following this place on facebook, they have posted a bunch of photos. The front of the building is looking great, the inside turned out nice, and out back is a huge beer garden with a ton of taps. The page is worth taking a look at if you are in to beer and bars.

You aren't kidding! That beer garden looks like a great place to be next summer.

Review: Bärchen keeps it simple to serve up a tasty spread of sausages, sandwiches and German beer

Sarah Baker Hansen / World-Herald staff writer wrote:The beer garden behind Benson’s Bärchen was covered in a blanket of snow when I visited. But the wide array of bold German beer and the menu of sausages, hearty sandwiches and tots seemed just about perfect for a January evening, even if its signature outdoor space wasn’t.

Come spring, I can only imagine that the trio of tasty sausages plus German beers plus a shady beer garden will be a winning equation.
