The Festival Of Lights website still shows the Ice Skating rink at 10th and Dodge. There is a very large hole at that location right now. Does anybody know where it is actually going to be??

It is in the center of the Capitol District. It is kind of hidden by the construction equipment, but its back by the retail building.

Yep, tucked right up next to the apartment building. Like Jacob said, its is hidden by construction equipment, but if you look close, you can see it from the street.

Here is a photo I took tonight on the SW corner of 10th and Capitol looking NW (in front of DJ's Dugout. You can see the rink tucked back in there. It was open but I never saw anyone skating.

What's the time line for the bars and such opening around it? Seems isolated right now.

Completely agree with this quote, is there anything else open down there yet? I think long term this could be a good location but this year there is nothing driving people to the Capital District.
