Was up there for the New American Art Festival. Looks like there will be a bit of a battle between them and the Burrito place across Maple. Though, they had better come prepared as the Burrito place can cook the food.

The space really is beautiful. They did such a good job with the buildout.

I was able to try the tacos and the queso yesterday and I think it will be a hit if consistent. The salsa roja was outstanding.

They might be different enough that they can co-exist. Plus Burrito Envy just exanded by opening the bar in the space next door. Otherwise, I'd say they could switch back to being Baxter's (I loved that place!) but with Virtuoso now open down the street, that probably wouldn't work.
