How big of tour would this band put together I'm guessing it would be a good land for us.

A little bigger then I was expecting.. I'm hoping DM and KC don't get added though. Keep our ticket sales up... but we usually don't need any help.

Dixon also said Aerosmith won't be coming for this tour. They really wanted to but the Qwest Center didn't have any open dates for them. And of really important news, the Qwest Center construction will be done this Friday. There is also going to be a public open house at the Qwest Center on September 10.
Great Get!

Also September 10th sounds like a mini forum meet!

Any other information on the open house? I missed the one when it first opened up. Do you know if they take you into all the no access area. I really wanted to get a look at the nuts and bolts of the place.

For a small fee they will show you their nuts. They give tours (weekend tours are harder to come by) and I think it's like $4 a person. I think this particular open house will just be for the arena.

The Pretenders? I thought what's-her-name hung it up for good last year.

The Who AND the Pretenders? Niiiice. I used to be a big Chrissie Hynde fan. She has to be in her mid 50's by now though.

Ok I hadn't read anything in the paper about this concert selling out or anything so I just searched on Ticketmaster and it gave me main floor seats in row 10. Any ideas why this isn't selling out days later? There are also a ton of them listed on Ebay below cost. This can't be good for the Qwest Center!

I'm guessing it's probably due to lack of advertising or the fact that only 1/2 of the members of the Who are still alive.

I haven't seen any advertising. The remaining half is still the main part of The Who. Roger Daltery and Pete Townsend. People have started calling the "The Two".
