The new location looks awesome! Wow, very very cool addition to West O. Great option near Village Pointe.

Interesting, so it will be West of VP around 177th & Burke. Most of that land is still owned by Village West LLC/Lerner Co. My guess would then be 17808 Burke St. North side...?

Think they need over three acres? Not that they can't replat the lot.

it would be that or the lot just south of that. Depends on how large a stand alone the envision, how large their patio would be,their parking... I didn't look to see how large that lot was, I was just trying to eye it up with the Walgreens lot.

Sweet. I'll be interested in seeing if that color scheme holds up, but nice use of upstairs patio! I could only hope they had trees planted that size...

Kind of surprised they didn't take over/remodel Mimi's Café.

Who owns Mimi's building? Is it rented?

I drove by the other day and it looked the same as it did the day after it closed...

that's what I thought. Must say something about Pitch ( or Theisen's deep pockets ) for them to want to build out... At the same time as taking over and remodeling Jam's (about which I only have heard good reviews)

Maybe not, lets try the south side:

Pitch (West)

While I was back in town eating at pitch, the owner and manager came to our table and showed us the renderings for Pitch out west. It has a rooftop and looks like a great restaurant. I believe it will be located on the southwest corner of 180th and dodge across from the Walgreens.

Also, they said that they are looking to expand and were looking at places in Chicago. Pitch would kill it here.

Had lunch at their Dundee location today. Took a chance by not getting pizza at a pizza-oriented place and came out with success. I would love to go back again.

New Pitch Pizzeria location opens tomorrow (WED)

They must have had an Private Opening tonight as there were cars parked everywhere -- even in places with no parking lots.

Went there on Wednesday night. Menu appeared to be identical and so did the food. The building itself is awesome. Once the construction around gets finished the upstairs bar and balcony are going to be very popular.

I look forward to trying the new Pitch. For one thing, parking should be a lot easier.
