Sounds like too many senior portraits were being done in there.

I don't really care, there are other things that bother me down here more than photos, but there is a line of people in here tonight trying to take photos. Is it prom season or something? The no photo sign is still up too.

So later after all the prom kids filtered out, some mom with about 10 kids rolled in. I am 99% sure only one was hers and the rest were friends for a birthday party, but that doesn't matter. The "problem" is they were soooo loud. Mom was yelling loud at all these pre-teen girls because they were making so much noise to begin with they could not hear her or weren't listening to her.

As far as me at the gallery, I don't really care. I usually have the music up decently loud to begin with. However I am guessing the people eating at the restaurants in the passageway where thrilled with the noise.

The Mercers have sent out another letter to shop owner...

"Due to recent vandalism and other disturbing behavior performed on the third floor of the Passageway; we will be locking the gate every evening at 5:00pm, and keeping it locked over the weekend."

That's too bad, people really like exploring the passageway.

That means one of the most well used Old Market public restrooms will be closed?

No, the public restroom is on the second floor. The third floor one is locked all the time.
