I just want to throw out there that I've had no luck in responding to PM's.. I will attempt and they will just sit in the Outbox but never actually send. Has anyone else noticed this as a problem?

They stay in the "Outbox" until they are read, then they are in the "Sentbox", so nobody has read them yet...

They usually sit in your outbox until the other person has read them.
