3920 Cuming St

Post by skinzfan23 »

I just went to Lisa's Radial Cafe for the first time this past weekend and noticed this home sitting off of 40th and Cuming. It was built in 1887. It is owned by Mercer Management. Does anyone have any more history on the residence/apts?

Here is the Douglas County Assessor's page.

Yes these are still apartments. Some exterior photos are at http://eomahaforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=17166 (Leo & Rosemary Daly Acreage ) where we got a little off topic, would be nice to see some interior photos.

Thanks for mentioning that. I saw those pictures but didn't realize where it was. Funny that less than 3 months later I saw the house and questioned.
