Rumors Section Won't Open

I can open every page but the rumors page, I get a max user error. Anyone else have this issue?

For what it worth I just went to the RUMORS section and maneuvered around to multiple threads with no issues.
Using Google Chrome on PC

For those having issues are you accessing logged in or as a guest not logged in? I was logged in when I have tried.
