SECOND TOPIC - " Take a Seat Downtown" - The Gene Leahy Mall in downtown Omaha is showing signs of its age including the deterioration of the original wood benches.  Instead of replacing the worn-out benches with standard, institutional ones, downtown leaders decided to use benches as a form of public art.  We'll learn all about it when we interivew Joe Gudenrath of the Downtown Improvement District.

THIRD TOPIC - "New Office Building in Papillion" - Black Hills Energy Announced this week that construction will soon begin on its new 36,000 sq. ft. headquarters  building in the Papillion Technology Park.  At the end of the show, we'll talk with Papillion Mayor David Black and Steve Pella, vice president of Black Hills Energy.

Can anyone post a podcast of last Saturday?  I missed it and would love to hear what Martie Cordero said.  The last time he was on growomaha it was great.  If there is not a podcast available (I tried to find it on KFAB's site), can anyone highlight what he said?

At the end of the program, we'll interview James Cunningham and find out why StockCross chose Omaha, now the company's smallest marketplace.
