I don't understand how they say he died of "natural causes", but died at the age of 43. How is it ever natural to die at 43 these days without some underlying, unnatural cause?

"Natural Causes" is what reporters and other people who report on deaths use as an all-inclusive term for illnesses or anything not un-natural such as an auto accident, plane crash, drowning, homicide, suicide, etc.

NPR (yes, that Evil Librul public-funded network) just reported that he collapsed late last night while walking outside. Most likely heart attack or some other very serious acute incident.
