Glad to see Omaha on the top of yet another list. Â The city is definitely heading in the right direction and changed dramatically in the past decade, (more than almost any other midwestern city, and possibly many cities in the nation for that matter). After reading this article, it seems that outsider's perspective of Omaha may be starting to change as well.
