That's where Chicago, San Fran, and NY show up.   Problem with those places is that they are great for rich people and young childless people who are willing to put up with a lot of costs just to occasionally do some cool thing you cant do in a place like Omaha.   They tend to be a less desirable location once kids come along or you realize that you cant affordb to do the cool things anymore.
