Nebraska is No. 1 in magazine's list on corporate improvement projects
Cindy Gonzalez: World-Herald staff writer wrote:Among significant projects cited by the magazine for Nebraska were the $200 million expansion by Travelers Indemnity in the Omaha metro area, a new $390 million facility for Prairie Breeze Wind Energy LLC in Elgin and Sutton Ethanol's $188 million expansion in Sutton.

Site Selection is a 60-year-old Atlanta-based national magazine published by Conway Data. It is a senior publication in the corporate real estate and economic development fields and is the official publication of London-based Red Hot Locations and the Industrial Asset Management Council.
So, is Photon and Oasis the same project?

Here is the source article. Lots of good things to say about the city. By their metric we were 3rd in our region behind KC and STL and ahead of the Twin Cities. We were also number 1 in our size class.

Is National Indemnity Insurance Company moving from the MC area into the OWH building (1314 Douglas)? The OWH had 70k sq ft available recently, and NIIC is listed as doing a $1.2m remodel project there.

70K would be a really healthy chunk. Had we talked about this company moving before? It sounds familiar.
