Inrix estimates Omaha's 877,000 residents spend less than an extra 1% driving time traveling to their destinations during rush hour vs. going during non-rush periods.
I find this hard to believe...

Agree Completely that that stat is off.

For a 20 Min drive that 1% would only add 12 seconds to the drive.
For the record  NEBUGEATER does not equal BUGEATER    !!!!!!!

I remember a story a few years ago that had stats showing congestion of the largest cities in the US and Omaha was one of them. I can't find the article now, but sometimes with these articles, they can get the stats to say whatever they want them to say.

1.6 +/- 0.3 with a confidence interval of 0.8 to 2. p=0.001.
