Pretty cool graphic on job growth/loss by MSA.
It is a map of the US and can't drill into a state or MSA level, so Omaha doesn't stand out the best... but still a nice representation.

I am sure that if someone/some organization went to all this trouble it is accurate  The nation has been bleeding jobs for over a year now.

If you look closely at the chronology of jobs gained/lost, you can associate it with events in the last 5 years. The most obvious was Hurricane Katrina. Its seems accurate to me. At least a t a glance it does.
