1998 est versus 2000 census compared to 2008 est

Here is some work that I came up with in regards to some differences in results between the 1998 estimates versus 2000 totals..

Notice how the state of Nebraska, Douglas and Lancaster counties are very underscored while Sarpy was a bit OVER stated in the 1998 estimates.

and for the numbers obsessed... that's what it's really going to come down to in our quest for 1 million... squeezing out every bit of overstatement we can get to overcome our otherwise lackluster midwestern paced growth. ;)
