Does anyone have any experience with this place? How is the area? I am planning to relocate from Southern California to Omaha by the second week of December. The reason that I like this place specifically is because the rent is within my allowed budget of $450, and its right next to the old market/downtown. Also, I called and they are willing to work with my credit situation (not that good). There are some reviews online but most are outdated. The ones that I did see mention that the owner is a not the friendliest person in the world.
Anyways, I currently live an hour outside of Los Angeles and want to live in a place like downtown opposed to a suburb.
