Finding artist studio space in Omaha

Does anyone here know where one would look for listings for artist studio space for available for rent?

The type of thing where you rent one empty, unfurnished room, wood or concrete floor, with preferably one wall of windows?

When I search online, I just keep coming up with live-in type apartments for rent, or offices, etc.

Where in Omaha would these types of rental listings be located?
