Best site for Omaha condo sales
What website would any of you recommend to find condo sales in Omaha? Somewhere where they have put many of the condos into one site. Perhaps an organization that has put the site together. I think I might be doing a research study on DTO condo sales and so this would serve as a basis for it.
Thanks
Thanks
Is there an organization that works to create exposure for condos?
Essentially, I am looking for a group that I could contact and talk about downtown condo sales and how well they are going. What needs to take place for sales to increase? What makes a person buy one condo over another? Stuff like that
Sorry this isn't more clear. I am still formulating my ideas as well.

Start with the companies that have set up offices to sell downtown living.psl25201 wrote:Is there an organization that works to create exposure for condos?

^Ya, the MLS (mulitiple listing service); however, they're not too many listing available for condos for some reason. Anyhow, I'm working on my website that will be able to help you out (I can't really discuss it because I don't want competitors to do it too) . I think it is imperative to do this to give me in a edge.
Thanks everyone for your replies.
This study will hopefully provide some insight into potential buyers' thinking. It will cover all age groups, from post college to empty nesters.
I want to create something that examines why people buy or don't buy and hopefully it gets deeper than just the "people don't want to buy it because it's too expensive."
This is in the infant stages, but I thought it would be important to find the websites in which I can contact some of the people and receive their feedback as well as what kind of independent study they might find valuable to their endeavors.
Again, thanks.
