The developer has until 2012 to build X-number of square feet of retail, but will not start construction until they have 60%+ of the space leased.  Until the retail market starts picking up steam, they're not going to get 60% of their space leased.

If things turn around 1st quarter next year, they could still conceivably get this done.

Any news?
The website http://www.continental-communities.com/ ... cfm?pID=67 still says opening summer 2010.  Well, that's obviously not happening.

i don't think they updated the site---i doubt it's a go.
