What, what? With all these edits, I don't know what the heck is going on.
I didn't realise that one post was dated AUGUST 2004 and the next one was dated JUNE 2005 and I made a comment about a comment from summer 2004 that didn't pertain to summer 2005.

Because the city had a new study done so they could understand the residential potential of the site. The study states that the site could support a significant residential use. The city will use this study for RFPs to be sent to developers. In other words, the city is trying to bring something to reality.

And quit retracing my steps.

So you are saying One R C is a possiability, just with a differenty developmer. I hope they still build the marina, besides the big towers.

Just trying to anticipate your next big announcement Finn. :)

Obviously this is going to be a much easier to sell to prospective investors if there is a pedestrian bridge approved and fully funded.

The lottery is 62 million, lets all buy at ticket tomorrow then when we win we can donate the 5 million they need and split the rest....Haha :lol:
