I think any topic with the words "water"and "park" should automatically go in this forum.

"Projects Never Built" as a forum title seems a bit negative.  Why not just say "Proposed"?  Never implies, well never!  Proposed encompasses projects that didn't make it, are delayed or still have a legitimate chance of happening a la Wallstreet.

Its not negative its just true.  Why confuse legitimate proposed projects with those that have no chance of getting built?  As far as Wallstreet Tower it doesn't really deserve to be put in the dead category yet.

No offense to nebport, but this really reminds me of the overly-PC schools who don't let teacher use red ink to grade: http://www.buzzle.com/editorials/4-30-2005-69355.asp

Dream kind of goes with visionary which is not the same as these projects.

I protest calling it "Dreams" because my cynical nature finds it unfairly optimistic.  :P

Maybe what I meant to say is...the forum title(and subtitle) reveals the angst and frustration of projects like Wallstreet not having been completed.  No other forum section takes on such a subjective slant, which is inconsistent and I suppose that's what bothered me.  I could give a Krap about a teacher's red pen.  I'm not a PC crusader, but I do appreciate accuracy and consistency.  You know like waiting for an official announcement before being dumped here, like projects that do not come out of RUMORS until such an occurrence.

Oh well, whatever, never mind.
