A while back I looked up why that is and from what I gathered car insurance in Russia will not honor claims without video evidence to show in court. Crazy world over that way!

Russians, definitely, have to be one of the weirdest peoples I've ever known. Even just browsing viral videos on youtube, anytime it's a Russian video, you know it's going to be weird.

3D printers print ten houses in 24 hours
A private company in east China recently used a giant printer set to print out ten full-sized houses within just one day.

The stand-alone one-story houses in the Shanghai Hi-Tech Industrial Park look just like ordinary buildings. They were created using an intelligent printing array in east China's city of Suzhou.

The array consists of four printers that are 10 meters wide and 6.6 meters high and use multi-directional automated sprays. The sprays emit a combination of cement and construction waste that is used to print building walls layer-by-layer.

Considering local government is the source of funding for roads you can forget about many places using this. Would easily be significantly more expensive that paving it.

Those solar roads have a tempered glass surface? That sounds terrifying in bad weather.

I was thinking the same thing but didn't know how much traction you would get during a rainstorm compared to asphalt or concrete.

What I really like about the one Mike, Chris, Evan and Jesse did is they pooled all their equipment together and got it from multiple angles.

Also cool that they are all local guys.

It's really amazing how they've programmed these quadcopters to do things like balance objects, hitting balls, doing flips, and controlling them through a stick as well as a Kinect.

When I came home from work today, my wife was telling me about this amazing act she seen on the Ellen Show today. If I was going to open up a pizza parlor in Omaha, I'd hire these two girls to toss the pizzas.

Volcanos are crazy, I was just reading this article the other day: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1883_eruption_of_Krakatoa" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The pressure wave generated by the colossal fourth and final explosion radiated out from Krakatoa at 1,086 km/h (675 mph).[5]:248 It was so powerful that it ruptured the eardrums of sailors on ships in the Sunda Strait,[5]:235 and caused a spike of more than 2½ inches of mercury (ca 85 hPa) in pressure gauges attached to gasometers in the Batavia gasworks, sending them off the scale.
