If you go into their Yelp page and look at some of the early reviews way back before the show and Reddit trolls invaded, they were responding to some of the negative reviews with things such as claiming that the customer was never there. So, in case anyone thinks that this is a staged thing or that someone hacked their social media accounts, I think that the owners genuinely that crazy.
