Awesome plans for the historic Warrior Hotel in Sioux City! $56 million project will convert the Warrior and entire block into an upscale hotel and entertainment district with restaurants, bars, luxury apartments, bowling alley and rooftop bistro and bar called the Warrior 360. The developer, Restoration St. Louis, has completed more than 300 historic renovations, which includes a similar restoration of the Blackhawk Hotel in downtown Davenport, Iowa. Between the Warrior Hotel, beautiful Orpheum theatre, new plans for the Riverfront, and the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino (recently landing on a list of top 10 best casinos by USA Today), Sioux City is turning into an entertainment destination.
