First of all, GI just lost it's Old Chicago. Not because we're not big enough to support it, more of a case of P-poor management. Slow and indifferent service isn't that charming anymore, not when you have about ten other choices within 200 yards. We went three times. The first was an hour long wait with ok service. The second was shorter wait but with nearly an hour before we got our food andthe killer was the last time when I ordered the fish & chips but they later discovered they were out of fries (hello! Sams Club is across the street!) and they substituted a side of steamed veggies and had the nerve to still charge full price! We voted with our feet.
