I don't know where it is now because I have not hear anything about its location today. I know they was hoping to do 50 to 60 miles a day, but now I heard they might take it a little slower because they don't want it to break down again. Plus they only can move it during the day.
Would that put it through Omaha today or tomorrow?
I am not sure. I would say yes unless they taking it faster even tho it might break again.

Guitarguy, from what you said, it sounds like it stopped last night in Omaha or just north of Omaha, then.

Sounds right can't imagine those River Boats move very fast.

Google says you can ride you bike from Sioux City to Omaha in 8 hours, can't be too much longer by boat...

at least not going downstream. I know that the Harrah's riverboat went from CB to Dubuque, IA. I am sure that it was a litle bit of a haul getting from St. Louis upriver to Dubuque.

I think this is good news since the boat finally got there. I hope the barges does not have problems when they take them down river.
