I am not sure. I would say yes unless they taking it faster even tho it might break again.Brad wrote:Would that put it through Omaha today or tomorrow?advcomp2019 wrote:Yesterday, it set sail, but yesterday, it broke down, too. I was wondering if someone could get some good shots of it when it is near Omaha area. I don't know where it is now because I have not hear anything about its location today. I know they was hoping to do 50 to 60 miles a day, but now I heard they might take it a little slower because they don't want it to break down again. Plus they only can move it during the day.

Guitarguy, from what you said, it sounds like it stopped last night in Omaha or just north of Omaha, then.

Sounds right can't imagine those River Boats move very fast.

Google says you can ride you bike from Sioux City to Omaha in 8 hours, can't be too much longer by boat...guitarguy wrote:Sounds right can't imagine those River Boats move very fast.

at least not going downstream. I know that the Harrah's riverboat went from CB to Dubuque, IA. I am sure that it was a litle bit of a haul getting from St. Louis upriver to Dubuque.Brad wrote:Google says you can ride you bike from Sioux City to Omaha in 8 hours, can't be too much longer by boat...guitarguy wrote:Sounds right can't imagine those River Boats move very fast.

I think this is good news since the boat finally got there. I hope the barges does not have problems when they take them down river.
