How'd I miss this? Yeah Nebraska is happy, until they get blasted by Kansas.  :D

While in Des Moines a couple of weeks ago, I got a kick out of banners hung around downtown... 'Iowa: #2 Happiest State'... my wife asking, "I wonder what the #1 happiest state is?'.  I asked her how happy she felt.
