I ate at the one in Estes Park, CO. It was good. The Kearney store, the company's first in Nebraska, will be located in the 14th St. Mall that currently houses Alltel, Premier Rental and Gourmet House Japanese Cuisine.
The Egg & I is set to open in early November and is owned by Kearney businessmen and real estate developer Brett Weis and other investors.
