Oriental Trading Company
They are going through a debt restructure (which has been in the news) and their main owner, Carlysle Group, may be looking for someone to take OTC off their hands. No word on who that might be.

Berkshire is doing well with the small company purchases that have basically structural profit. Â They bought the OWH a year before the OWH finished their loan repayment for their printing press, and now they have a $20 million dollar a year after tax loan check they don't have to write. Â Now the Oriental Trading company with the low cost merch, low cost employees (and limited Obamacare exposure as most of their staff is part time), and no more debt.
Money pumping in from the retail arm into their Insurance arm. Â Going to make them a lot of money in insurance. Â Their SuperCat competitors have to buy money or build up investments that have to be fungible in a distressed market. Â Berkshire, not so much.
Going to be lower premiums and mo business. Â Mo money!
