Replacement windows

Post by omaproud »

I need new windows in my old home and would like to take advantage of the $1500 tax credit I have been hearing about.  Anyone have a recommendation on a company to use?  Thanks

I looked at probably a dozen different companies and am having Marvin fiberglass windows put in next week. It is all so subjective though. Marvin represented (to me at least) very high quality with a moderate price. I had considered vinyl but at the end of the day I went with fiberglass for strength, durability and aesthetics.

Hope that helps
My son got a 27 on his ACT. No this score is not as high as what Jeff's son achieved. But one has to remember the paternal gene-pool my son has to overcome. On a PGPAB [Paternal Gene-Pool Adjusted Basis], my son's score is a 37 and Jeff's son's PGPAB ACT score is 19.
