I could have sworn that I drove by there a few weeks ago and saw the old car dealership structure there. I was shocked to see that it was gone. Maybe I wasn't paying attention.Brad wrote:Its been going up for months... I am actually surprised its not open already.jessep28 wrote:50th and L structure is going up.

I know it has been there for a few months because my dad, brother, and I had to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts in that area. My dad was like that's new but then when I saw it was a Wal-Mart, I said "I think this is one of Wal-Mart's Neighborhood Market." When we was by there, the outside of the building was basically done. All that was left that I seen was the parking lot.

They're starting work on the next Wal-Martian (Market) base on the NE corner of 96th and Giles. There's equipment and snow fence up on the property.

I agree...we have visited the one on Capehart in Bellevue quite a few times, very clean store and helpful workers. Â If you are needing something quickly definitely beats going to Hy-Vee or one of the other big grocery stores.guitarguy wrote:I have to admit these new markets Wal Mart is building actually do look pretty good.. Thank god with all of that darn money they have finally decided to stop building the ugliest buildings known to man.

Re: Neighborhood Market by Walmart
I didn't know the store was only 29,000 sq. ft. I thought they were closer to 40,000 sq. ft. Maybe some are larger than others.
Re: Neighborhood Market by Walmart
I drove past the one on 90th and they seemed to be open today.. either than or are very soon opening. Could see in the doors and everything was on the floor.
