Fat Brain Toys

It looks like Fat Brain Toys out in Elkhorn is doing pretty well. The are doing a $250K renovation of a nearby lawn care building for their World HQ.

They do have another store Overland Park, KS (Kansas City area)

They're doing quite well, but I do know things have changed significantly for them over the last 12 - 18 months.

That is quite a building for their HQ.

I wish that when people were reading the building permits, the would cut and paste the damn address in. It's right there and it takes an extra 2 seconds.

Back by Intertech collision center. It's the old Team Green building. If I'm not mistaken FB is just leasing the building from a new owner.
