TreeHouse Foods, Inc., manufacturer of packaged foods and beverages, plans to lease three floors and approximately 70,000 square feet of a building complex located at 10825 Farnam Drive in Omaha, Nebraska.

The facility will accommodate 280 employees who transitioned to TreeHouse as part of the ConAgra Private Brands acquisition in February. Employees supporting Customer Service, Information Technology, Operations, Procurement, Research and Development and Supply Chain will occupy the operations center.

"After several months of diligent site selection work, we are excited to announce our newest location in Omaha," said Dennis Riordan, CFO/Interim President of TreeHouse Private Brands. "This location is critical for leveraging the knowledge and talent most familiar with our customers' needs, and maintaining a seamless approach as we integrate our business."

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (THS) today announced that it plans to close its office in Omaha, Nebraska by January 31, 2019. The decision to close the Omaha office is part of the Company's previously announced TreeHouse 2020 multi-year restructuring program to reduce its cost structure through simplification and to align the operations with the current and future needs of the business.

"The decision to close the Omaha office was a difficult one, and we are committed to assisting employees through this difficult transition," said Steve Oakland, CEO and President of TreeHouse Foods. "As we streamline our enterprise resource planning systems and near the completion of SAP order-to-cash conversions, it makes a great deal of strategic and financial sense to leverage our shared services capabilities across the Company."
