LightEdge Solution Acquires Sarpy Co Location

Post by nebugeater »

LightEdge Solutions based out of Des Moines had acquired a 90 acre site in Sarpy Co for a Cloud Storage / Data center site per the OWH

http://www.omaha.com/money/cloud-compan ... 0256e.html

Jim Masterson, chief executive of LightEdge Solutions, said Friday that the company has acquired about 90 acres in Sarpy County “with the intention of building a data center. We are in the very early stage of this, so no specific development plan or groundbreaking dates have been determined,” he said.

Anyone have a guess as to where this site is? The information is not made public yet per the story.

Here is the companies web site

I'm kind of surprised at the number of companies choosing to build that close to the Sarpy County Landfill. That is a constant odor and can really stink depending on which way the wind blows.
