I'm going out on a limb here, but I don't think this qualifies as a rumor since there's a giant banner on the building which proclaims "University of Phoenix". Â Let's jump this one over to development or suburban.

There is no "development" there is "Suburban development" and "Urban development"

BTW, it is not a tech or trade school. Â They offer Bachelors and Masters degree programs.

Heard from a friend toda that the university of Phoenix is shutting down the local campus as soon as they have taught he remaining classes.
