They just announced on the radio that Warren Buffet's Berkshire-Hathaway will be acquiring the majority of Burlington Northern-Santa Fe, in the largest B-H transaction to date.

Berkshire Hathaway will acquire the 77.4% of railway operator Burlington Northern Santa Fe it doesn't already own for $100 a share. The cash and stock deal, valued at about $44 billion and the assumption of some $10 billion in debt, is the largest acquisition in Berkshire history, the company said.

Berkshire's board also approved a 50-for-1 split of the company's Class B common stock.

What? Nobody saw this coming just days after shares plummeted 6%?  :) Seriously, that's pretty cool to have the nations two largest railroads owned and/or operated by corporations from Omaha.

A fairly large portion isn't it?  Mid American energy is one that comes to mind.  Is that correct?
