Nashua Corp. specialty label and paper products company plans to close its plant in Omaha, putting about 120 people out of work, according to employees who asked that their names not be used.

Executives with Cenveo Inc. of Stamford, Conn., and Nashua in Nashua, N.H., did not return several telephone calls seeking comment.

Cenveo bought Nashua in a $44 million cash-and-stock deal that closed in September. Nashua has about 650 employees in four states, including California, Nebraska and Tennessee.

Cenveo also works in commercial printing and packaging.
