Loess Hills

Post by almighty_tuna »

Went for a drive this morning to check out the leaves in the Loess hills. Maybe another week or so and everything will be in full color but grabbed a few shots despite the clouds and occasional sprinkles. Luckily the sun peeked through a couple times...

Nice work Tuna!  Always cool to see the pelicans!

That barn is great.  No junk around it, faded red paint, not covered in corrugated metal.  The red tree behind it is just perfect too!

Thanks, all!

Yeah, I was really excited to discover that barn. Lots more to come this week I think...

Thanks, guys!

ShawJ, it's a mix of locations north and south of CB but all along the Loess Hills. The photos closest to Woodbine were the first ones I posted.

Revisited the hills for some winter photos. Hope to get more if the snow persists. Would like another good snowstorm for a proper blanketing though.
